Check here application process, eligibility criteria, age limit, selection process, application fee, etc. The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, TNPSC has released an official notification inviting all the interested, eligible candidates for TNPSC Group 4 Recruitment Exam 2019.

TNPSC has released a short notice for direct recruitment to the posts included in ‘Group IV’. The notification was released on 7th June, 2019. The Tamil Nadu PSC will be conducting the exam for direct recruitment to the posts included in Combined Civil Services Examination-IV 2019. The online application for the recruitment will be available for the aspiring candidates from 14 June, 2019. The notification also carried the last date to submit the online application form which is 14 July, 2019.

The commission conducts Combined Civil Services exam for selection to group 4 posts like Village Administrative Officer, Junior Assistant, Field Surveyor etc in Tamil Nadu Ministerial service, Tamil Nadu Judicial Ministerial Service, Tamil Nadu Survey and Land Records Subordinate Service and Tamil Nadu Secretariat Service. The annual exam calendar for this year as released on in the month of December, 2018. The list of positions include village administrative officer, junior assistant, bill collector and typist among others, sources said.

The exam paper will be of 200 marks in total. 100 are allocated for the regional language test while 75 marks are allocated for Science and Social Sciences subjects. The remaining 25 marks are for 25 questions in the non-efficient area. While filling the application form of TNPSC Group 4 2019, Open category candidates also have to pay a registration fee of Rs. 150 & examination fee of Rs. 100. SC/ST & PWD candidates are exempted from paying examination fee.
