Pulwama terror attack, Pak Should Stop Supporting Terror Groups, JeM Chief Masood Azhar as Terrorist, World stands in support of India. Nearly 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel were killed in a terror attack in Pulwama, which has turned out to be the worst terror attack on the armed forces in Jammu and Kashmir.

The Ministry of External Affairs, in a statement issued late in the day, urged upon the international community to support the proposal to declare JeM chief Masood Azhar a ‘designated terrorist’ by the UN under its provisions.

The Government of India condemns in the strongest possible terms the cowardly terrorist attack on our brave security forces in Pulwama, Jammu & Kashmir earlier today (14 February 2019).

Adil Ahmad Dar, who was given the name of Waqas Commando by militant group Jaish-e-Mohammad, dropped out of class 12 in a local school in Gundibagh in March 2017.

Afaq Ahmad Shah, 17, was the first local fidayeen who blew up an explosive-laden vehicle outside the 15 Corps headquarters at Badami Bagh on the outskirts of Srinagar, in early 2000, that killed eight troopers. He too was affiliated with Jaish-e-Mohammad.

The man who carried out the worst terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir in at least three decades is a 22-year-old school dropout from Gundibagh village in south Kashmir’s insurgency hotbed of Pulwama district, police records and government officials said.
