HSLC Exam Result 2019 Manipur, Manipur Class 10 Result 2019 Declared, Boys outshine girls with 78.93 percent, The Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM) has declared the Manipur Board class 10 results today. The Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BSEM) declared the results of High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) or Class 10 Examination 2019 today (Friday, 18 May).

Bhumika Shamurailatpam topped the state with 572 marks. Two students – Sophiya Asem and Arvind Maibam- secured the second rank in the state after scoring 567 marks. Moirangthem Julendia Devi is the third topper with 566 marks. Total 37,138 students appeared for the HSLC exam in Manipur, out of which 27,740 students passed. 74.69 percent of students have passed in the Manipur HSLC exam this year. The pass percentage among boys is 78.93 percent and among girls is 76.54 percent.

The overall pass percentage for Manipur HSLC 2019 is 74.69 percent. Boys have faired well compared to girl students in 2019. A total of 16,940 male students appeared for the exam and 13,370 have cleared the exam with pass percentage of 78.93 percent. The pass percentage for Female students is at 76.54 percent with 13,193 students having cleared the exam. The pass percentage for external students is at 36.52 percent and 42.66 percent for boys and girls respectively.

The Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BSEM) was established in 1972. At present 786 high and higher secondary schools (226 government, 103 government-aided and 457 private) are affiliated to the Board for certification at end of secondary stage ie, Class 10. The Board conducts public examination at the end of Class 10 for the courses studied in Class 10 only.
